IPHIGENIA in T… and WEDDING… – THEATRE MARATHON ✦DECEMBER✦ 13 DECEMBER (SATURDAY)
During the upcoming Theatre Marathons in Gardzienice, on 13 december (Saturday), we present the following musical performances:
✦ ‘WEDDING Wyspiański-Malczewski-Konieczny’
directed by Włodzimierz Staniewski, music by Zygmunt Konieczny
Stage in the Palace. Duration – approx. 50 minutes
✦ Iphigenia in T… based on Euripides’ ‘Iphigenia in Tauris’,
directed by Włodzimierz Staniewski. A timely performance. With references to Crimea, Ukraine, Russia, Poland, war and the vicissitudes of our human fate.
Stage in the Large Outbuilding. Duration – 45 minutes

✦ Exhibition by Zofia Leszczyńska ‘Birds’ – exhibition on the Living Wall in the Magic Garden
✦ TRANSGALACTIC exhibition Exhibition of works by Joanna Pawłat (“Awwakum” Hall, former Arian Chapel)
✦ Exhibition of artefacts from underground excavations (artefacts extracted from the theatre palace building during renovation)
✦ Permanent exhibition on the history of the Gardzienice Theatre
✦ Opportunity to enjoy a stroll through the park and gardens (Magical and Japanese).
