Centre for Theatre Practices, which has occupied a part of the park for several years had been working to transform it into a space based on assumption of ecology and complying with the principles of the art of gardening.

Neglected for years, the park was cleaned, planted with rare species of trees and shrubs.

In the park were formed a small botanical garden and themed gardens (Japanese, magical, herbarium).

The open space of the park serves as an open-air theatre activities site.
