On 18 June, visitors are invited to come along to a cyclical event called “Open Sunday”, with a course of events directed by Włodzimierz Staniewski:

From 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., individuals and groups visiting our palace and park complex will be welcomed and hosted by the Centre’s artistic team: Włodzimierz Staniewski, Mariusz Gołaj, Joanna Holcgreber, Anna Maria Dąbrowska, Tetiana Oreszko, Marcin Mrowca, Paweł Kieszko

At 17:00 -17:20 screening of short films about the history of the “Gardzienice” Theater and the Center for Theater Practices, which closes the attractions of “Open Sunday”.

During the visit throughout the day one can see permanent exhibitions of sculptures, paintings, archaeological excavations and multimedia projections. It is possible to visit the theatre halls with the sets, costumes and props for the plays and the trailers of the performances projected there. Enjoy the beauty of the Park and Gardens

At 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., visitors are welcome to join a guided tour led by Marcin Mrowca, who guides visitors through the Centre’s facilities and tells them about their history, which dates back to the 15th century and even to ancient times, according to some interpretations. It will also present the 45-year-long history of the ‘Gardzienice’ Theatre and Centre, founded and raised from the ruins by Włodzimierz Staniewski and his associates.
